Masskara Chicken

"I dont want to overhype anything but Food: The chicken is grilled to perfection, crispy skin and juicy interior. Everything is good at low cost. Service: Serving time and customer service is spectacular. Atmosphere: place is kinda old, but it is pretty old. So some things like the faucets and bathrooms show their age. This loc is the OG maskara after all. So for the atmosphere its a plus and a minus. Verdict: GRILLED TO PERFECTION, This place confirmed it for me. Bacolod is the undisputed best when it comes to chicken inasal. Any iteration of this dish outside BCD has been permanently ruined for me. Thanks a lot!"

"Good value bbq chicken and rice. The fruit salad seemed good value too but was a tiny little cup of mixed fruit with some sort of sweet coconut cream and corn. It was a little odd. Would have preferred fruit plate with fresh fruit only."

"Their chicken inasal is juicy and tasty, I would say it’s one of Bacolod’s best. This is also my second time to taste cansi and well, I love the sourness that blends with beef marrow and beef cartilages. The meat is tender and one serve is good for 3-4 persons with a good price. Bit disappointed though, marrow is still frozen. We came early but as the sun sets, many Bacolod Titas, Titos, young ones came by and by. Before you know it, the place is full."

"The food is good except Calamares. It was thinly slice but still good. The thing that they most improved is to conduct Character Development to their staff especially to their Cashier and Manager. very Rude and ma Attitude. Ginadaho ang resibo sa customer, wala ginahaboy. Already eat to three branches of Masskara Inasal but two of its branch located at Araneta st. and near lagoon. Parehus lang maattitude mga staff especially ang mga manager kag Cashier. If you dont like what you do, better resign."
